As of today, 2/5/2016, an official reporting form is available for victims of scammers. The Merchant Guild of Koguryo will review each case reported. Once the form is submitted, the entire Merchant Guide circle will be immediately notified and the review process will begin. All cases submitted will be handled with confidentiality unless otherwise specified by the victim. The Merchant Guild of Koguryo firmly believes in serving the community in the most just and fair manner possible.
